Stefania Dammacco, born in Bari in 1972, graduated in Work and Organizational Psychology, University of Rome “La Sapienza” and specialised in Cognitive Psycotherapy.
She started her professional career as work psychologist, specialized in recruiting, training and development, in Human Resources Departments of trading, airports and telecommunications companies
She has worked for Enel since 2006 in the HR department, Planning, Organization & Development Team, Human Resources Business Partner and People Engagement Programs Team in the Market Division Italy.
Her interests are in a range of subjects: social and organizational psychology, individual and organizational development tools and methodologies, work-life balance policies and practices, psychotherapy and clinical psychology.
She has co-authored papers on political psychology and HR evaluation projects.
Stefania's Fellowship research is based on: investigating the presence of workaholism and burnout phenomena in the manager population and its relationship with social and personal dimensions, study the correlation between workaholism / burnout of managers and organizational well-being perception of the workforce using the results of the climate survey in 2016, design a proposal for global action to workaholism prevention and promoting widespread culture of organizational well-being.
