EF hosts Horizon 2020 - 2018-20 tenders launch day

Enel Foundation hosts APRE (Agency for Promotion of European Research & the National Contact Points (NCPs) in Horizon 2020) - on behalf of MIUR and in close collaboration with the Representative of the Specific Configuration and with the participation of European Commission officials - for the national launch of the Work Program 18-20 in Horizon 2020.

The event, focusing on SC3 "Secure, Clean and Efficient Energy" is aimed at all public and private entities that are interested in participating in the Horizon 2020 Social Challenge 3 challenges: universities, public and private research centers, small businesses and large industry.

The results of the Italian participation in the first four years of programming will be presented as will the new calls for the years 2018 and 2019. European Commission energy policy expectations will be highlighted and an effort will be made to provide participants with the technical details and suggestions to facilitate future proposals.

Commenting, Giuseppe Montesano, Deputy Director of Enel Foundation, said: Enel Foundation has partnered with APRE to organize an event addressed to all public and private entities interested in participating in Horizon 2020 call for proposal for energy projects. Universities, research centres, small and large enterprises will have the opportunity to better understand how research can enhance European energy policies, and learn from each other’s experience how to improve the proposals and the implementation of projects.
