Emmanuele Tordelli

Overview

Born in Rome in 1979. After studying in the UK and Italy, he holds a MSc in Physics from the University of Rome “La Sapienza” and a Master in Business Administration from the University of Rome “Guglielmo Marconi”. He also obtained a project management certification by the PMI in 2008.

He started his professional career in IBM Tivoli Labs Software Group working as a software engineer.

Then he moved to Datamat, Finmeccanica Group as Test and Configuration Manager,  where he managed the evolution of systems for the revenue and service assurance of Telecommunication Networks.

Later he joined Openwave Systems, an international software company active in the development of mobile internet and messaging solutions, as a professional services Project Manager.

In 2009 he joined Enel Trade, managing IT projects regarding the evolution of the Trading and Risk management systems and coordinating risk models developments.

He is currently in charge of Innovation Intelligence in ENEL SpA.

Emmanuele's Fellowship research is based on: analyzing the possibility to start applying blockchain technology to the GO (Garanzie di Origine) Italian Market, to then scale to other emissions allowance certificates markets like EUA and CERs.
