Overview
Tommaso holds a master’s degree in environmental engineering with a major in energy. As a fellow of Enel Foundation he focuses on the impact of new technologies, in particular of Distributed Ledger Technologies like Blockchain, on the business model of electric utilities.
Tommaso joined Enel Group in 2008. He has worked in regulation, trading and business development.
Tommaso's Fellowship research is based on: exploring current and foreseeable development of the Blockchain-backed electric network and its implication for enabling the transition towards a peer-to-peer electricity system.
