Stefania Dammacco

Overview

Stefania Dammacco, born in Bari in 1972, graduated in Work and Organizational Psychology, University of Rome “La Sapienza” and specialised in Cognitive Psycotherapy, certified coach (ICF) Escuela Europea de Coaching.

She started her professional career as work psychologist, specialized in recruiting, training and development, in Human Resources Departments of trading, airports and telecommunications companies.

She has worked for Enel since 2006 in the HR department, Planning, Organization & Development Team, Human Resources Business Partner and People Engagement Programs Team in the Market Division Italy. She is member of Enel Global Coach Community and Macro @Work Caring Program (management of chronic disease in the workplace).

Her interests are in a range of subjects: social and organizational psychology, individual and organizational development tools and methodologies, wellbeeing policies and practices, psychotherapy and clinical psychology, coaching psychology.

She has co-authored papers on political psychology and HR evaluation projects.

Stefania's Fellowship research is based on investigating workaholism and burnout phenomena and its relationship with social and personal dimensions.
