Manlio Coviello: overcoming the dependency on critical materials

Prof. Manlio Coviello, member of our Scientific Committee and professor at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, speaking on the supply of critical minerals for the energy transition - a matter also closely tied to market volatility - underlined the urgency of reviving research and innovation. Only in this way can Europe, and Italy in particular, take the decisive step needed to effectively tackle the challenge of dependency on critical materials.
