This is how Marco Gervasi, Program Manager, Energy System and Industrial Decarbonization (JPO) at UNIDO, imagines the community that can grow around the Hub Giovani ed Energia.
His reflection starts from the people who became points of reference along his own path: role models who encouraged new ideas and gave younger generations the confidence to move forward.
This is also what future leadership should be about: creating the conditions for different perspectives and energies to come together and reinforce one another. He uses the image of the sea to describe this idea: an open space where different energies can coexist and grow together.
