Hub Giovani Energia
A new generation for energy
Hub Giovani Energia is an Enel Foundation initiative that connects young talents, institutions, academia and industry to create and share knowledge on the future of energy.
Through a structured path of dialogue, research and exchange, the Hub gives new generations an active role in contributing to a sustainable, resilient and equitable energy transition.
In line with Enel Foundation’s role as a global knowledge platform for research and education, it brings together scientific knowledge, institutional priorities and real-world challenges to support informed decision-making and responsible leadership in the energy sector.
Designed around connection
The visual identity of Hub Giovani Energia turns the idea of connection into a recognizable sign.
At its center is an iconic “H” created by subtraction: two shapes move towards each other, and the space left between them becomes the letter itself. What is removed becomes meaningful, transforming the point of contact between individual talent and technological opportunity into the core of the logo.
This visual gesture reflects the Hub’s purpose: creating the conditions for people, ideas and knowledge to meet, interact and generate shared value for the future of energy.
How it works
The Hub involves a selected group of young participants, identified through a stakeholder-based process coordinated by Enel Foundation. Active across energy, academia, research, international organizations, youth networks and science communication, participants take part in dedicated meetings, discussions and knowledge-sharing activities. The programme’s outputs may include news, analytical notes, policy briefs, position papers and moments of public dialogue.
The Hub is aims to:
It promotes analysis that integrates technological, economic, social and ethical dimensions of energy.
Through policy briefs, position papers and analytical contributions, the Hub supports informed discussion on the energy transition.
It creates qualified spaces for exchange between young talents, institutions, academia, industry and relevant stakeholders.
The Hub supports the growth of young experts able to engage with public decision-makers, regulatory stakeholders and industry leaders while preserving scientific rigor and intellectual independence.
